Little is more thrilling than a  day deep sea fishing on a mid sized boat in relatively choppy seas.  It’s definitely what you call extreme fishing, and not for those inclined to experience nausea on watercraft.  Some of the best deep sea fishers on earth once in a while discover that their best laid plans don’t turn out entirely the way they were meant to.  For example, in the video you ‘re about to see, a group of men spend a strenuous half hour reeling in a 350 pound black marlin, only to be rudely surprised when a shark decides to snack on it before they can wrangle it on board.

Watch the entire play by play here.  If you have ever been deep sea fishing and tried bringing in a really big fish, you will know the feeling these poor fellows had when they reeled in their catch, only to find that most of it had become the prey of shark.
