I am reporting to you live from the beautiful Orlando, Florida right now. Are you not extremely jealous? Because you really should be. I am here in the sunshine state for the Surf Expo. It’s a trade show for those in the board, water sports, beach, and hospitality industries can come together and market and really just have a good time. I am loving it and I have seen some pretty amazing stuff out here so far. The good news is that it is just the first day. I still have two more days of hanging out with some of the coolest people out there looking at some of the best boards and cute girls in bikinis. Awesome, right? After the show is over I’m not going back home just yet. I am planning on having an adventure in Florida. Here’s my game plan:
- Cocoa Beach – I know it’s January, but I am definitely hitting the beach. Cocoa Beach is on the Atlantic Ocean and it is incredible. It is not too far from Orlando, so I will be heading there first. It’s well known for the sweet surfing, so I will probably be suiting up to hit some waves.
- Miami – What’s a trip to gorgeous Florida without going to Miami for a visit? I am surely going to scoot down to the south of Florida for some partying and beach time. It’s in the mid-seventies this week and that couldn’t be better for taking in the sun.
- Key West – If you want to do some great diving, the Florida Keys are definitely the place to do it. It is some of the best diving in the world right here in the United States. Plus, it does not get much more laid back than in the Keys. The people and places are completely mellow and it is the perfect way to end my Florida adventure.
